I got this as a Christmas present for my husband. He mainly wanted to make wings with it every now and then, and maybe the occasional french fries. Much to our surprise it quickly became our go-to kitchen appliance. Baked fish? Check. Cooked veggies? Yep. Hotdogs, nuggets, roasted squash, dehydrated fruit. We're always using this thing. We never thought it would be so useful, but it's been really great! There are functions that we haven't even tried yet (there is a cake setting?), but we already use it so much that we've definitely gotten our money's worth out of it. Though a recipe I found for air-fried chocolate chip cookies is on my must-try list. As far as the unit itself, it has been trouble-free and working great since the first time we tried it. Every so often I wipe down the ceiling and sides to make sure that oil/residue doesn't build up, and I wash the racks and the floor pan in the dishwasher. Easy. We're actually seriously considering buying a second one so that we can do a full meal at once and have the items get done at the same time (wings and fries, fish and roasted vegetables, etc). Love it!
