I haven't gotten creative yet but l have sliced potatoes and yams for fries and made pork chops with Italian bread crumbs. I love love it just for the fries and the pork chop was worth it. Don't have to stand over it and cook. Just set it up and go you do have to use a little oil or things will be a little dry. I bought 2 spray bottles for $10 from Amazon the regular spray bottles clog up they can't handle the oil. I'll get creative going to make some artichokes stuffed with cheese and Italian bread crumbs. Kids are addicted to the fries and l am much more comfortable with them using this than the stove or deep fryer. If they forgot about them it just turns itself off. Great foe senior citizens who have a hard time standing over the stove or worry they will forget they have something cooking.. Very easy to clean, l also bought the accessories, comes with 2 pans, silicone baking dishes, even has a form for waffles which works great and 2 small cupcake molds. Just be sure you get the right size..
