At first, I was so frustrated about the use of the oven, that I almost returned it. I don't use the program function, it is too confusing. Just turning it on, adjusting the time and temp is all I need. The probe is amazing and enables me to cook everything to perfection. Food comes out with a crunchy, golden brown with flaky soft insides. French fries are incredible. I cook my tri-tip in my Brio and it comes out with a perfect "crust" and juicy insides. It's so easy to clean, the door even comes off so it can be washed under water. When I washed the exterior, the letters came off. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a template to place over the other control panel and that fixed it. I love, love, love my Brio

My first air fryer and I love it!
As a new air fryer user, I did a ton of research before purchasing this particular one. It comes with all the necessary items. Cooking with a probe is very helpful because as a beginner, it takes away the guesswork of how long it takes to cook a dish. The basket rotisserie is great for cooking big sausages, and my deer burgers taste just like they would on a grill. My husband said that he should get rid of his grill because we no longer need it. A lot of reviews said that it takes a long time to preheat, but I disagree. It's not instantaneous, but it's under 5 minutes. My only regret is that I did not buy two.

Love it. I haven't stopped using this since my Mother in law got it for me for Christmas. I am actually able to cook a dinner for a family of 6 with this. We did steaks one night and they were some of the best steaks we have ever had and everybody got them done to where they like them with no issues! We have also done French fries, frozen breaded fish, dino nuggets and much more in it. I would buy a second one if I had the money right now.

Great item
This is a really cool air fryer I had a smaller air fryer and wanted one I could cook more than one thing at a time in and this is that, it also has a rotisserie and the whole thing just works great I'd recommend this

Great air fryer
For the price it's awesome..There is a learning curve. but I haven't ruined any thing yet.I do store bought cookie dough and is so easy .Need to watch in the beginning to get just right and the probe is great for meats.I am very pleased with it.

Saved Thanksgiving
My wall oven went out and I wasn't able to secure a repair company in time for Thanksgiving. I had purchased this oven a while ago so instead of canceling dinner I cooked my dinner in this air fryer. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. Beautiful homemade pies, dressing and a turkey breast were all baked to perfection. I am impressed. Definitely worth the investment.

The use of air fryer
So far so good I have been using the air fryer for over a month now I don't even use the oven anymore I have cooked hamburgers to steak in the air fryer and they come out perfect I used it for all my veggies till onion rings and french fries and the best part is that it cleans up with ease
