Great for carnivore diet and cooking meat.
I have been using it constantly for 6 weeks. It cooks the best tasting bacon. I really like the way the bottom tray has rubber feet that hold it inside the basket. It allows you to dump the grease out between batches. The rubber feet holds the tray in so it doesn’t fall out. It cooks chicken and the skin is crispy, I was using my outdoor gas grill for everything. Now I cook everything in the air fryer. It heats up to 450 degrees so it does a nice job at browning your meat. Bacon, sausage, hamburgers, chicken drumsticks, steak, shrimp. The only thing I use my gas grill for when it’s not raining is steak. It’s hard to beat the open flame flavor. But if you don’t have a gas grill this works good for steak. The controls are very thought out and easy to use. I like the flip beeper that tells you when to flip your meat over. It comes with a useful cooking chart that gives you times and what settings to use for various things. It has a light inside so you can see your food cooking without opening the door. The whole thing is nonstick so its easy to clean up. Its also very quiet. If your cooking meat the 450 degrees is the way to go.

Received the Cuisinart Air-200 today in perfect condition; well-packed. First impressions: looks gorgeous in my kitchen; lightweight enough to move easily into pantry for storage; large size food basket; tray fits snugly with nothing protruding up; tray won't fall out when dumping food out; it warmed up leftovers quickly; the reminder buzzer is not obnoxious/too loud but I could hear it from adjacent room; arrived in 3 days from placing order; actually has a paper instruction manual w/ some recipes; setiings/buttons are intuitive, read: very easy to understand. So far, what's not to like? I am extremely satisfied on Day 1. I did a lot of research and decided to pay a bit more for this one. Due to experience with 3 other Cuisinart appliances, I trust the company/brand. All 3 previous appliances (food processor, immersion blender, griddle/grill) I've had for many, many years with frequent use and never had to replace. I'm hoping this air fryer will prove reliable as well.
I bought this appliance primarily to cook vegan meals. Roasting veggies in large oven takes too much oil and energy. If I like the air frying methods and results, I'll look for a 3 qt one to use in my RV.

 Superb Airfryer
Excellent Airfryer. I was trying to decide between this model and the instant vortex. I liked the display better on the cuisinart. Also Cuisinart has been around a long time. My toaster is years old from cuisinart. This is my first airfryer. I absolutely love it. It's very quiet and easy to use and clean. I very surprised of how quiet it was. Cooks evenly and crisps food very well. Love the window to see food as well as the light. The preset buttons are very useful. You won't regret your purchase.

Phenomenal!!!!!!!!
This is the absolute BEST air fryer I have ever had!! Nothing can stand next to it! Love the viewing window with the light feature to check on the food while it’s cooking without needing to pause cooking and open it. The halfway timer option to flip food is fantastic. Another thing I greatly love is the simplicity of the basket not being a basket inside if a basket. What you pull out is what you’re actually cooking in. It cleans nicely and I just can’t say enough about it. Thank you for a fabulous air fryer!

Easy to use and clean
I bought the Cusinart air fryer about a month ago and have used it several times. This air fryer is relatively new but all the reviews I read were very positive. We have used it to air fry chicken wings, fries, egg rolls and chicken for a chicken salad. It cooks perfectly following directions on the frozen food bags and /or instruction book that accompanies the air frier. Everything has cooked perfectly. Cleaning is a breeze. I just put the basket and rack that sits inside the basket, into my dishwasher and that’s all it takes. I highly recommend the Cusinart air fryer.

This thing is amazing. My better half is using it almost every day, and she hates change..
I am amazed as my wife hates change and told me to send it back as soon as we took it out of the box. Its big and that was enough for her. But luckily for us, we had friends come by a few days later and she convinced us to try it. Now she has used it 12 times in 15 days. It cooks so fast. She even made me french fries after cutting up a potato.. That has never happened before... EVER. And it doesn't heat up the kitchen as there is no vent. This thing should be perfect in the Motorhome.

Super easy to clean!!
Decided to jump on the air fryer bandwagon ... this one appealed to me for the price, window with light, and experience with the Cuisinart brand in other small appliances. So far, it's done an excellent job with everything we've thrown at it. Still in the air fryer learning curve but like all the features so far. Only downside is it doesn't fit in any of my cabinets -- without a walk-in pantry, storage may be an issue. Our solution was to store on a shelf in the garage right off the kitchen for access (stored in a bag) -- lightweight so easy to move in/out of the kitchen.
