My first air fryer was a hand me down. when that one stopped working, I purchased two other brands to replace it before purchasing the insta pot brand. The Insta pot was more expensive than the other brands but in the end, I thought it was worth it for the added features that worked for me. I like the addition of the knob I like the fact that the basket could be put in the dishwasher or when hand washed could be completely submerged. It has a quick preheat and the display & time- temp is very easy to use with the knob. It seems to be very well-made & and is touted as BPA free. I would say that my model, the basket is more narrow, I would say this model is more slimline. I would say, it cooks enough for two people at a time. I’m happy with the quality & the functionality even though it was a bit more money.

This is the best kitchen item yet!
I really like that it has multiple features such as air fry, roast, bake, dehydrate, and more. I cook all meat that I used to cook in the oven and it comes out very tasty. Sometimes I add a little water to the basket so avoid having the meat dry out, especially pork. I have cooked chicken, steak, pork, and salmon. I have also used the air fryer for shrimp and cod. It is compact, doesn't take up much room, is easy to clean and just all around versatile. I don't cook large quantities at a time, so it's much more energy efficient to have a small space to heat up vs. an oven. I am very happy.

SIMPLISTIC. LIGHT/ DRAWER. EASY CLEAN.
I used my sisters once at her house and thought it was pretty good so I just bought one of my own. GREAT PRICE. Great for roasting chops etc. Easy to clean. Has a little rack that sits SLIGHTLY ELEVATED on the bottom of it that's I don't know what it's made out of it but it has a little ring in the center of it that you can pick it up with when it comes time to remove it literally just sit in your sink wash it out dry it and put it right back into the air fryer. As with any new electric stove product, there's a learning curve for the temperatures/ times for items that you put in. If you like to use those tiny little keto tortillas to make little pizzas with keep an eye on them they burn in under 3 minutes on air fry and I think I had them at like 380. I've owned many tiny convection and toaster ovens and this is the smallest space taking one with the biggest amount of usable space. Beyond simplistic cleanup I would say hands down that this one is the easiest one I've ever owned. Everything is a touch screen and one little knob and it has a great light and you can just hit the word light on the touch screen panel which faces upward towards your face for easy viewing and no need to constantly stoop to see what's on the front of it. Give it a whirl and see what you think.

No purchase regrets!
I love this 6QT Instant Vortex Plus air fryer. It took me a year to take the leap to purchase an air fryer, and I looked at a lot of reviews before choosing this one. When it arrived I was surprised at how large the item was and concerned about losing counter space, but it didn't take me long to find a spot and I'm now using it constantly. I love the window and light so you can watch to make sure not to overcook your item. Also very glad now that I did not go for a smaller size. I generally just cook for two, and the basket size is perfect for two sandwiches, or 2-3 servings of chicken wings, shrimp, etc. Any smaller and I would have to cook in batches. I've used the air fryer and reheating features so far and both are great. Very easy cleanup (and I have not used liners). The food tray lifts out and can be washed with soap and water. The pull out bin that holds the tray, however, should not be submerged in water. It has a non-stick finish and easily wipes clean with a damp cloth. Some reviews complained about water permanently fogging the glass window, but this evidently happened because the pull out bin was submerged in water instead of following directions. We highly recommend Instant Vortex Plus 6Qt ClearCook Air Fryer. My husband says we should have made this purchase a long time ago.

What did I ever do without it?
This is made by the Instant Pot people, so it's well made. We use it all the time. Why heat an entire oven when you can use this for a fraction of the electrical energy? It heats in a couple of minutes, versus about 15-20 minutes for a regular oven. It's better than a microwave because it crisps food, it bakes, roasts, broils, etc. I'm always amazed when I meet people who still don't have one. The only down side is that it can be difficult to clean if any oil gets baked onto the basket. But that's a small complaint and hardly worth mentioning.

 I use it everyday!
I have heard from friends about how useful an air fryer is, and I am so happily surprised of how versatile it is. The size is really good too for two people. It takes only a few minutes to heat up to 400 degrees and you can air fry anything. The texture and taste of some food get better in this air fryer compared to in a regular pan or microwave. Saves a lot of time and the results are always so good. The only criticism I have is that it smells of plastic, and I am worried there is microplastics in the fryer that contaminates the food.

Worth making room for
This arrived the day before Thanksgiving and it cooked most of our dinner. It gets used almost everyday. Potatoes and root veggies it does really well. It's not a time-saver like my Instantpot but it's useful. I bought a cookbook to go with it but you could just use the internet for recipes. I keep the tray clean and make sure to use spray avocado oil so things don't stick. I also read not to use harsh cleansers but with the oil I haven't needed to scrub. So far I have only used the air fryer mode but it's super easy to use and just right for 2 people.
