 Can’t believe I lived without this for so long
I have talked myself out of buying an air fryer multiple times because a few years ago my mother got me a small convection toaster oven and swore to me it did the same thing as an air fryer and I didn’t want another large kitchen gadget cluttering my countertops. I’ve used it every night I’ve been home and have been absolutely amazed at how quickly and beautifully it cooks. The first night I tested it out making simple roasted fingerling potatoes. In less than 15 minutes I had perfectly roasted crispy on the outside soft on the inside potatoes. The next night I made roasted cauliflower for veggie tacos and again perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crispness in just 12 minutes. Last night I made chicken thighs for my meal prep and in 15 minutes they were perfectly cooked on the outside and the most tender juicy and evenly cooked meat. I thought surely the cleanup was going to be hard as I used a marinade with honey in it but with hot water and a little bit of Dawn dish soap the tray and cooking rack looked brand new. It’s super easy to use and even tells you when to flip your food. My only regret is that I didn’t buy a bigger one and didn’t buy one sooner.
